okay 2008 was blast for JB. and for consumers but i need to know if michael jordan is even involved any more in releases.
i know that jordan use to approve releases but does he still do that. i think jordan should release shoes that he wuld wear!!
any thought on whats happening!?

true true but im sure u like retros like 6 11 13 n stuff were not seeing to much of that. were getting 1s and team garbage, like for example the six rings aregarbage and so were the 22 and both sold for 160 do they tthink we buy everything with a jumpman on it!

I hear you, I really don't think Jordan himself is approving these outrageous colorways. JB just releases whatever they want to and everyone still buys,blows my mind.

JB is in the biz of making money.

Based off of what they release, they only seem to care about bringing the money in, which doesn't necessarily mean making a large amount of quality ballingshoes.

That said, the Jumpman Elite 1 is a shoe anybody serious about ball should cop. Its a high performance shoe with heel and forefoot Zoom, through and through.

bolded and bracketed portion is wat i think matters here and to answer the question i would think that anything that has MJ's name on it he has toapprove....maybe not really scrutinizing it as much as he would when he was playing hence some crazy questionnable releases that we've gotten but i'msure he has somethin to say about every realease..whether its a raise of the eyebrow or just a blank stare....

i remember watching some special and they said that MJ does approve of the big releases but since there are so many out nowadays that he cant approve of all ofthem
