Tryna get my swole on QUICK....Need a protein shake

ON Whey is one of the best protein shakes you can get. Of course, you have to have a decent diet as well. Protein shakes are merely supplements.

Just wondering, but if I work out 3 times a week, how many times should I drink my protein shake? I just drink 1 after my workout, so it's a total of 3 aweek.

n.o.-xplod by bsn or nano vapor by muscletech before you work out, then muscle milk/monster milk by cytosport before you go to sleep. if you take muscle milkas opposed to monster milk, you might want to take glutamine as you work out or after. it helps with the muscle healing process, reduces the post work outsoreness, and helps you keep muscle longer. i recommend the powder form by eas. 1-2 teaspoons in 16 oz or more of water, make sure it completly dissolves inthe water or you will get the runs. If you choose Monster milk, it already has glutamine in the mix.

I recommend 'IsoPure" it is the perfect protein supplement and it has 0/zero carbs which makes all the difference, (and yes its 100% Whey) look it uponline, it ha a bunch of great flavors. and at GNC the are having a buy one get the other 50% off sale

i use whey.. throw a scoop or two in a blender with some bananas and strawberry with mad ice and milk and its a good protein shake

and grab a myoplex, supreme protein, detour or xtreme bar while your at it.

and of course natural meat.

try to get two thirds your weight in grams of protein the days you lift.. and half the days you don't

i work out 7 times a week.. dude your not going to get built that quick

if you want even have a chance you have to increase weights and reps weekly, drastically to.

my workout plan

Monday-front
Tuesday-back
wens day-legs
Thursday-arms
Friday- calisthenics , cardio
Saturday- full body work out
Sunday-calisthenics, cardio

i dont take it but i heard NO2 really gets you pumped up.

o yeah make sure you intake protien before and after your workout..

Protein shakes will do you nothing unless your juicing or have the genetics to easily and rapidly absorb it.

ON and Syntha-6 are the best proteins in the game.

Muscletech is a joke, don't buy their "scientific" trash

You have no idea what you're talking about. None of the products you recommended are particularly good. Glutamine does not "healmuscles" or help you "keep muscle longer."

ON Pro Complex is a great basic protein. Buy that.

i am going by my experience, i know what im talking about for myself and i am recommending what has worked for me. my experiences with glutamine have resultedin the things which i mentioned. we all have different body types and genes. what works for one person may not work for another, if you work out regularly andtry different supplements, you will realize this

I concur. NaNO Vapor is horrible product. And NO Xplode only works for about a week until your body gets used to it.

I cant live without NO xplode and ON 100%

is there a way to skip sore post workouts... cuz i hate feeling it the next morning.
