ON Whey is one of the best protein shakes you can get. Of course, you have to have a decent diet as well. Protein shakes are merely supplements.

should drink it before and after every workout to see the best resultsOriginally Posted by Shaky3
Just wondering, but if I work out 3 times a week, how many times should I drink my protein shake? I just drink 1 after my workout, so it's a total of 3 a week.

You have no idea what you're talking about. None of the products you recommended are particularly good. Glutamine does not "healmuscles" or help you "keep muscle longer."Originally Posted by lalo1333
n.o.-xplod by bsn or nano vapor by muscletech before you work out, then muscle milk/monster milk by cytosport before you go to sleep. if you take muscle milk as opposed to monster milk, you might want to take glutamine as you work out or after. it helps with the muscle healing process, reduces the post work out soreness, and helps you keep muscle longer. i recommend the powder form by eas. 1-2 teaspoons in 16 oz or more of water, make sure it completly dissolves in the water or you will get the runs. If you choose Monster milk, it already has glutamine in the mix.
