It was the Geto Boys. And i was only 9 at the time. To this day i don't know how Pops got me into that show. Cause i was the only lil #!%%$ in there.
I still trip when i think about it, because Mind Playin' Tricks was the @+!# in the H. and i had the video recorded, and watched it everyday, but to seethe lil #!%%$ Bushwick in person, had me in awe/shook

Usually its either before/right after an album comes out so they can promote that, or around summer time. You should definitely start looking out now though,within the past hour I've searched and realized Nine Inch Nails and MGMT will be touring. Even if that's not your cup of tea, summers are usually thebest times to look for shows. Where are you from?
If you have the ability to travel look out for summer festivals. Usually there's a wide array of acts spanning most genres, hence how I was able to seeStone Temple Pilots and Kanye West in one day. Plus they're just an awesome experience if you go with a few people, and last a few days if you're upfor that.
