I ain't a big fanof Jay or Biggie but both of them should be up there along with Nas if a track like this was ever done.

Okay, this is how I would make the track. Feel free to disagree. First of all, it wouldn't be a legitimate "King of NY" track without a Wumember. No way.

1. Primo's probably the producer that I respect the most, but IMO, the best rap beat ever made is Shook Ones. Obama should send Havoc to Guantanamo andtorture him until he produces another beat on Shook Ones's level.

2. Then Jay + Ghost/Rae + Nas + Q-Tip should be sent the beat and given a year to write the best verses of their lives. This means an NY State of Mind-caliberbeat from Nas, a Dead Presidents-caliber beat from Hov, etc.

3. The song should be then be recorded. Premier would oversee the end of the project and make the chorus from Biggie and Pun's lyrics. He would then addsome scratching as he deems fit.

End product:
Verses: Jay + Ghost/Rae + Nas + Q-Tip
Hook: Big + Pun
Production: Havoc with Primo's finishing touches

I don't agree with much of that post, but that Gitmo idea is classic. Rae would have to be on this track too. I don't know about Hav on the boardsthough.
