HELP!!! my virus scan says i have Koobface!!

i have it on my laptop and i dont know what to do to remove it. the virus scan said it was unable to clean it, any other things i can do to get rid of it??

has anyone else had this before? what did you do to fix it??

yeah. i was stupid and opened a random msg on FB. im pissed cuz i rarely go on that site and when i do i get THIS!!!! anyone survived this?? help!! seriously ihave no clue where to start

new comp so i just have windows firewall and run ad aware and windows livecare. and i cant send screen shots, im reduced to posting from my itouch.....

i get "http error 404" when i try to get online
