Let's get to it.
This is the current situation:
If the Music Forum as a whole doesn't improve, It will either be reconfigured into an "Entertainment Forum", Orscrapped altogether.
This is coming straight from the Cobra Commander himself, So this is for real.
Y'all had to have seen this coming. Hamsterdam only worked for so long in The Wire, So it was only inevitable that it would come to an end on NT.
Concerning the posting of streaming music/video:
Basically, What I was told by Meth was that although he would like to permit the posting of legal music like mixtapes/material leaked by the artist, That wouldonly cause confusion and create excuses for dudes to run with. Also, The mods can't check each and every thread to make sure if you are posting a mixtapeor a retail album. They're just banning it all period.
On top of that, Most of the music we listen to contains profanity and what not, And that can't be linked to NT either.
All in all, Meth says the the Music Forum has been a problem because we won't use the report button on each other(Sorry, I can't do that Meth), As well as the personal attacks, The "N's" etc.
Don't shoot the messenger, I just made this thread to relay the message to my Music Forum regulars.
So we're going to have to constructively figure out a way to make this work, Or no more Music Forum. Either that, Or we'll have to move on elsewhere totalk/post music.
