I used novelty in a way to describe something becoming new to the mainstream not necessary created recently. Perhaps I used the wrong word but I am familiarwith very few martial arts and obviously didn't know about it, which is why I used the word novelty. Although, I thought it was cute how y'all got onme for trying my hand at a combat sport

I like the PacMan just as much as the next guy, in fact I've been a fan long before the hype...
However, I hate the hype...
I hate when people say he's the P4P champ. JMM beat him twice and got two Ls on his record for his effort...(A draw is still an L in my book, ESPECIALLYthat Draw, Marquez beat Pacman in virtually every round after taking those 3 knockdowns in the 1st)...
I'm speaking from an objective point of view...JMM is so overlooked its not even funny. People know Manny Pac but don't even have a clue as to who JMMis...Something wrong with that. There needs to be a decisive final bout between these two, I'd bet 3 stacks that JMM will beat (convincingly) Pacman....
For the record I can't stand JMM, I wanted Pacman to annihilate him. I respect JMM though, dude is a BEAST....Best fighter P4P IMO..

Pacman is a good example of a good Filipino fighter....He's nowhere near "great" though...
