Every time I wake up in the morning I say to myself...' tonight i'm going to sleep mad early...'

Don't sleep an entire day.

Then you'll be so tired that you'll HAVE to sleep normal time.

You'll be back to normal in no time.

It kind of works.
Helped me with my insomnia during the summer.
Doesn't work for me now though, or else I would be sleeping in the middle of class.

always happens to me, my internal clock is jacked up and im a lot more productive at night
 
try some vicks cold for a little...and you should exercise daily if you dont. that definitely helps..

I do the same thing. In class I say to myself I will do my work shower and go to be early. I get home and I'm sleep by 6 wake up at 8-10 then go back tosleep around 3 or 4. I hope to get that straight this summer. If I don't go crazy partying.
 
Dang, I was gonna recommend Mary, but if that doesn't work - try some sleeping pills or something.

you should try to astral project yourself somewhere on the planet that you have never been before. the process alone takes so long, you'll just fall asleepafter a little while.
 
that grape childrens tylenol should help. It taste awesome and it puts you right to sleep. I use to love to have to take it when I was younger
 
just lay donw on your bed early and put on something super boring on tv and you will fall asleep in no time.i used to put on matlock at night to fallasleep,lol.
