i cant fit into a 40 but i had gotten a good deal on the 48 and was gonna tailor it to a 40 but was too lazy to find someone reputable to tailor it for me.

i'd like to debunk the fcfs-basis for ordering.
i placed an order at 1:24 pm est for the gold kobe number 8 in a sz 44 w/ground shipping (order #3---).
just got the cancellation email. i know for a fact, some people placed an order for the same item after me and have gotten their order fulfilled. needless to say, I am livid.
i checked the same night i ordered to see if the jersey was still in stock. seeing that that particular size was still "in stock," i almost placed a second "backup" order. probably wouldn't have made a difference but oh, well.

It just seems bush-league for them not to offer a chance to request another size or another jersey. Today they have the same jersey I ordered available in 1 size up and they also have the black version available in the same size (Suns KJ). Someone on facebook mentioned that we should all buy the same size same jersey at full retail price and see how many orders get cancelled. I never purchased Mitchell and Ness jerseys because they can never seem to get anything right, but I was willing to give them a shot on a $100 jersey. Could have been an opportunity for them to grab a potential future customer but their approach to this sale from a customer service standpoint seems to be on par with their ability to accurately recreate jerseys. Understood that alot of you had a good experience from this sale but from my end I won't even contemplate future purchases with this company.

Damn man that's sucks. That's the same exact order I placed at 6:54pm except with 2 day shipping and I just posted up above about getting my tracking info.
So I guess orders with the fastest shipping option chosen get preference rather than when the order was placed.

no offense but dont lie, you know damn well you arent spending $300 on a jersey from them in the future.
i like M&N and i wouldnt pay $150 for a jersey from them. unless they do $100 jerseys again this is the first and last time they have me as a customer SRS
the jerseys arent worth retail, only some are worth 50% off. the rest are meh. If you didnt buy a jersey before from them for retail you werent gonna buy one period.

Got a confirmation for a kobe 24 I baught the next morning. Still missing the blue shaq. Hopefully they send that one out too sometime soon. So on the first order they shipped 2/3 and the 1/1 I placed the next day. I'm hoping someone's kobe 24 in 44 is too snug and I can trade for my 48. Or i'll just go the tailor route.

I'm 6'0 175. I will say the piping/neckline of the Kobe makes it fit a bit better than the Hornets. It's not a huge difference but it's worth noting.

so I just called and it sounds like they have a customer service operation of like 3 people. basically, he told me they fulfilled orders at random so it doesn’t really matter what your order # is. he gave me a promotion extension to order whatever size xxxxxxxxl crap they have left. i’m willing to bet that’s gonna get canceled as well.

I got an update from Alyson saying my 07-08 kobe was out of stock, but they'll be shipping my blue 96-97 out within the next 48 hours. Thought it would be the other way around but I wanted the blue jersey a little more anyways
