I think last year they didn't have a sale online. It was in store only or the sale online was like 25% off. I can't remember. I made sure to buy every jersey I wanted when they had the $100 jersey sale. Better than 50% off and I doubt they're doing that this year.

Mitchell and ness had a 40% off sale that ran from the Sunday before thanksgiving until around Black Friday last year.

No, but they add an extra $4 or something if you're not. Looks like you need a US billing address too so I can't order with my card.
