I bought a Steve Nash 1 year ago it was a fake-mesh.....They did real mesh Nash also Kobe at the beginning......sad.

I keep hearing it's hit or miss with the mesh numbers, which makes me hesitant to buy an authentic even with the sale. $200+ for non mesh is ridiculous. I think they probably have mesh just for the Kobes since they likely mass produce a lot of those. Other players are customized as they go so inventory of blanks aren't wasted

They did real mesh Nash at the beginning when I see my friend bought some, then they were out of stock, they went for non mesh instead.

Yeah, at the beginning mesh is used and as the season progresses they have to accommodate for what sells the best. A buddy of mine bought a authentic home gold Jeremy Lin jersey and it didn't come with mesh.

yes it is a bit crooked....

I bought a Shumpert NYK before with non mesh number, still a bit crooked, I guess they did it the same way.

The Shump looks better than the Nash, at least it isn't as noticeable.

Not a fan of the inconsistency of the jersey mesh and the stitching as well as. It really is hit or miss, best time to buy authentics looks like the start of the season. It would be much better to find the blanks and have the numbers done yourself, it would be cheaper too.

I just came to this forum and reviewed the thread...

Odom wore 3X in Lakers (may have 4X ocasionally), 4X in Mavs. Those 5X issued jerseys are back up ones as I have seen dozens of 5X lakers jerseys with different players name: Kobe , Ron, Lamar, Pau.... Those jerseys are along with consecutive nba serial number on the bottom, it should be blank jerseys then added with numbers and name.
