This is NOT a good SIGN for JB

i want the raptors in a size 12 if anyone is selling & the pack is wack who wants a retro + based off the frenchies

The whole pack idea is getting old quick. $310 for 1 shoe you like & 1 that's just alright. This is why I haven't gotten any of the DMP packs thisyear. They aren't worth nearly what JB is charging. Even though some of the colorways maybe bland, if the quality was up to par, then the $310 price-tagmight be justified.

They restricted the cashback though... Either way, I wouldnt cop this pack for anything more than 50% off... Hopefully they'll go on sale, then have a30-50% allowed too? Lol its wishful thinking...

I hope they understand double pack were cool once in a while but doing it all the time gets old.

A responsible party from JB needs to come into this forum/thread and READ it, then report back to their superior. They will find exactly what the consumer isasking for. NO MORE PACKS. Instead of calling around for bing cashback, everyone needs to call beaverton and make a positive change.

For real, what were they thinking? Why would we pay for two pairs if we generally are only feeling one of them? In a recession, JB decides to sell two packs

Both sides have to be happy for the company to survive. Just my thought.

Dude, all the foot lockers and Foot actions in my district (20 stores) sold out of all the sizes between 7.5-11 buy Sunday night. Also, with this economy, ofcourse on line websites are going to change to accommodate to today's tough retail environment. It's not that people don't like the packs, theyjust don't have the $$ to buy them.

Well how many packs did these footlockers in your area have? Are you saying that they each had, say, 100 packs and they sold out? Or did they have10 to 15? Like the CDP's. We don't know so that can't be used as an example that JB is still selling. I'm pretty sure you're in a largemetropolitan area too because if you have many footlockers around you, that means there are thousands if not millions of potential buyers around. The web isdifferent because online retailers don't have a limit to how many packs they can store. Eastbay probably has hundreds of packs readily available. When theCDP's came out, all the websites sold out instantly. And if you pay attention, it looks like champs, footlocker, and eastbay all have the same inventory. After all, they are all owned by the same entity. Point being, these past 2 packs, the 1 retro and 7's are a sign that JB is declining weather it be due tothe economy, crappy product, just plain lack of interest..
or all of the above. I for one love the retro's because I grew up watching MJ play and definitely do not want to see Jordan products go away but that whatwill happen if they keep jerking us around.

I will only buy if I can use the bing cashback. And I only want the raptor-like colorway, so I'd sell the orlandos.

There's always at least one NTer who thinks they know more thanNike/JB's market analysts and advisors. These guys are professionally trained and well versed in the art of selling and marketing a product. Every fiscalquarter it seems there's another one of these threads.

And there's always one person who comes into NT thinking that they know what everybody else knows. Makes me laugh too. I'm simply outputting myopinions and perception on the matter. I don't claim to be professionally versed in anything over anyone. Besides, people are people. Just because they arehired based on their resume doesn't mean that their decisions cannot be refuted by another person. This is a discussion forum, is it not? Kids,

I don't get why people think JB is hurting because Eastbay, FL, FA, CH, ect. isn't selling? After JB sells to the companies their money is made, itsnow up to the company to get it to customers.

yea i know where your coming from... i work at finishline and we sold out of the dmp 5 and the dmp 1 the first day..... but then all of a sudden we got afull restock of the dmp 1's and since saturday we have only sold two of the dmp packages... and the worst part about that was that those two were bought bymyself and another employee. we have 18 packs left of the 20 we got... its been makin me wornder if our way of life is slowly dying

If the companies suffer a consistency of unsold products, do you think they will request large quantities in the future? JB is a $1 billion company backed byNike. They may not be hurting to the point of bankruptcy or anything but they will feel it in the long run if they keep selling crappy products.

who cares, nobody is buying so they gotta do what they gotta do. its all business
