This threads purpose is to share what us Fitness people are eating everyday..post ingredients and/or pics of your Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner..hopefully this thread can serve as a guide for those trying to eat healthier and lose weight/clean bulk

i made Oatmeal this morning

mixed in some low sodium peanut butter  (i normally use Natural peanut buter but i ran out)

quaker makes them now too

i actually prefer these texture wise to other oats also.
 
I don't know about team fitness...but I'm about to make some pancakes, eggs, and probably bacon if some is int there... and wash that down with 2 fullglasses of ice cold milk.
 
Yesterday:

7.5 oz Ready made tuna and a bag of whole wheat crackers
2 eggs
3 Turkey Burgers, homestyle potatoes, fried egg, a few caviar/ butter sandwiches
A few beers and a couple of game of beer pong and a sack of White Castle Burgers.
 
Gotta go the organic route when it comes to oatmeal.

I made some oatmeal with honey and organic blueberries.

how do i become apart of team fitness?
You workout? your nutrition game is on par?..join. i didnt ask anyone, i just joined because Fitness and Nutrition is my life now
 
That looks like doo doo. It don't taste too good either. ( I ate almost the same thing)

But props if you can bare that, because most people can't for !%!#.

hell yea. The taste was off. Its the sacrifice you have to make when replacing Milk with water. It wouldve tasted better if i had some fruits. I need to gofood shopping
 
I also had a bowl of oatmeal with french vanilla creme whey protein, and 4 hard boiled eggs. This has pretty much been my breakfast everyday since I startedworking out

about 6 months ago, and it has been pretty effective.
 
Didn't get to eat when I woke up, because I woke up kind of late. Had to meet up with my siblings martial arts team.

Anyway, I had 3 shots of Monavie Active (it's a b-e-a-utiful product), followed by 5g of creatine, 3g of CLA and 750mg of green tea extract pills.

I was good to go!!!!

7 bananas
2 pink lady apples
2 stalks of celery
3 handfuls of swiss chard
2 dates
1 cucumber

1/2 block of tempeh
1/2 onion
1 stalk celery
1 carrot
3 cups broccoli
1/2 cup peas
1/2 head of romaine
1 avocado
