i sure do hope that i can get on a pair at a discounted price. $160 is waaaaaaay too much for piMpen 1's. i've wanted these since 7th grade. i'll have to sit and be patient.

After checking the release date spread sheet, I did not see any expected release dates for the Pippen's. Does anyone have the color code for this shoe, so I can search our system for any possible release dates?

I'll def. take these over all white XI's. There's like 4 different whites going on in those XI's and everything above and below the patent leather is just dirt-magnet material waiting to yellow. They look kind of fresh when they're on the shelf or worn brand new, but they'll mess up quick and the JB quality control on XI's has been horrendous.
The Pippens on the other hand, the more pics I see of them, the more I'm sure I'll cop. If I could cop right now I'd get a pair at retail to wear immediately and then get another pair when they go on sale.
