Dude is a complete genius

bought the medicine show and dude has the sickest beats out there.
 
Madlib is indeed a genius, i believe there are still producers above him only because they have been producing longer and have a lot of great material out. But madlib is very prolific and does/has made so much quality in one year, considering his catalog as a whole, soon he should get recognized as a legend which in my eyes is already a legend but i dont think he will get recognized for his beautiful music he has produced since he started.

@ Madlib tho. He a genius on the boards and he seems to be consistent with his work ethic unlike the other dudes ppl are saying he isn't better than.

Oh wait you said rapper/producer. That's a different argument. PPL need to set some precedent and come to an agreement on what qualifies as a rapper/producer cuz NaS has produced and he's a better rapper than everyone mentioned here.

Also something I wasn't aware of for a while is that Andre 3000 also produces. There's more.

3000 is best rapper producer to ME. you can dispute it but i don't know

anyone who does both as well as he does. He clearly is a lyrical monster.

Add that to the fact that he produced the entire Love Below himself :pimp:

And he, Big Boi, and Mr. DJs collective produced the entirety of Stankonia

and most of Aquemini.
