Sources: Jason Kidd on strike, decided to sit out.....

Kidd, would go to Cleveland, but what do they have to offer?

Lakers next up in line.

Its a business remember.

MITCH, will not DO IT!!!!

For some reason... and NOBODY better ask me why, because I don't know why... but for some reason, I see him going to the Cavs.

cavs cant get him unless they can convince a third team to join in.

lakers can offer odom + kwame + farmar/critt

dallas.....im not familiar with their situation but ive read they have contracts to make it work.

Man...I'll be wearin my JKidd Mavs M&N all the damn time...to Dallas would be amazing.

To the Cavs or Lakers would be great too.

I thought about it, and the Mavs have the best chance of landing him. they just have the pieces and the right situation.

Lakers have a decent chance as well, but the Nets have to know that Bynum isn't going to be part of the deal.

Cavs, they simply don't have the pieces.

Boston, I'll be damned if he goes to Boston while retaining their 'big 3'

and ending up with a 'big 4'

as long as we're discussing unrealistic trade scenarios, i got one that'll send ska's favorite player to his favorite team.

kidd to the sparks for lisa leslie, temeka johnson, and the rights to candace parker.

Why is no one bothered by the fact that he allegedly went "on strike"?

Isn't that the same thing as quitting??

I can name a ton of players who if they did the same thing, they would have been crucified.

man I thought I was the only one who remembered this, they had just won a title, had plenty of money, I thought they'd drop Parker and get Kidd forsure, what a scary thought... though I guess they been plenty successful with Parker. One thing's for sure though, if Parker hadn't been winning chipswith the Spurs these past couple season, he wouldn't have bagged whats-her-name always at the games...

If the Nets knew how Kidd felt I doubt they would have resigned VC........RJ probably would have also been traded as well as Kidd.

I don't want to see him end up in Boston that would be unfair to the rest of the league. I can see him in LA or Cleveland. But I don't know howcleveland can make this work

We got plenty of stiffs/underachivers to give up for Kidd
Two Triple-Double Threats on the same team
A REAL POINT GUARD for Bron???

Make that !++* happen Ferry to make up for this %#$%*!* Hughes AKA China Doll deal

What tradable assets do the Cavs have that would entice NJ for a trade? There is no one on that Cavs roster that has enough upside to make this deal work. Imean, at least the Lakers have Bynum, but the Cavs? I just don't see that scenario working.

alright, many people on this board that have had this discussion about Kidd and being traded have usually heard me go on the rant and rave about him beingtrade.(especially the laker thread two weeks back)

This time though, I believe this story. Seeing people here say that he is a professional and wouldn't do this is exactly what he is trying to prove tomanagement. Josh boone gets extreme migraines and has been out before. But he still came to the arena and suited up in the second half due to the foultrouble.(he still didn't play)

I am tired of these stories as much as jb23 and I feel that he pulled something to show the team what they are with him and without him. I can see the netsdealing with Cleveland,Dallas, and the wild card is Miami. They won't give up haslem to Sacramento unless it is bibby and artest in return. For Kidd theycan throw him in with j will, davis, and one other larger contract.

I don't want a trade to happen at all but those or any of the players Miami has but it is a possibility.

Exactly.

If this "story" is true then Kidd is a baby. And I hope the Nets are docking his pay.You may have differences with management, but that's lifeand that same management is paying you multimillions. But in this day and age no one wants to notice what Kidd pulled, they just want to yell "come to myteam!!!" And thats exactly why many pro athletes are the way they are in this generation.

Its not an entice that makes it attractive... its cutting payroll for the Nets... VC's contract is WAY over.... we got young players anddecent salaries.... I know the Lakers would want Kidd but who is going to pay 9.3 mill for Kwame???
