How does it feel to get into your car, different from others by being stanced or hellaflush, and driving down the neighborhood or on the freeway when you know your car is sexy. I don’t know about you guys, but I enjoy it and here’s a ride I would feel the same.

I’ve first met John, owner of today’s exclusive feature G35 Coupe, at Shakotan that was held in Fontana. It was awkward not knowing many people, so talking to John just happened. Obviously, I wanted to see his ride and I still remember as if it was yesterday. It’s not too easy to be perfectly stanced but John’s G was amazing. The drop and flushness was more than I expected when I observed it closely.

I always ask myself and probably you guys ask this question too, “how the hell can you drive when you’re so low?

I’m going to be honest, this write up was a challenge. There are some many good things to say about this car. Let’s start with the owner, Frank Rodriguez. Frank gave me the heads up on his G35 and also let us know this is not his first car he has worked on. Previously owning a Acura CL-S Frank stumbled across his Infiniti about 3 years ago, and the modding began! The first words I muttered when I saw the pictures of this car were, “wow, this car has a lot of work and it is tucking a 20×11 in the rear!

I first met Noel, the owner of today’s G35, @ the 818 WFC meet.
When he rolled in with his ride, I was speechless.
One of the cleanest and stanced G35 I’ve seen here in SoCal.
After getting to know him a bit, found out he’s a member of Low N Slow.

Here’s Noel’s G35 with SSR MS1′s.
You guys have probably seen these wheels, but not on a G35.
19″ wheels around, they are sitting flush with the fenders.
Loving the overall stance.

What makes a stanced car even better? Being low!
Noel told me a “stanced out

You guys probably know today’s featured car and the owner of the car as well. Being known back in the days with his Lexus SC, he continued his fame with the 350Z. If you live in SoCal, you can’t miss this dude at events. His license plate, “CAMBERD,

I LOVE the new Maxima. I'm currently looking for a new car and my first choice was an 04-05 Maxima. but apparently that generation Maxima is known to have problems with the transmission. so now I'm just gonna go with an 09 Toyota Camry. doesn't have as nice of a design and interior quality as the Maxima, but its still nice car. I'll be happy with it

Nah, they are quite nice. Had a dude in a SL 55 AMG pull up next to me at a stop light, give my Max a once over and gave me a thumbs up of approval. The New Max is a great looking car. Looks much better than it's price tag for sure. But hey everybody entitled to their own opinion. Pretty fast too...not so much from a 0-6- perspective, but from 60-100+ MPH is very impressive for its class. It does 100+ very easily and composed, 120 feels more like 75-80 in this car.

ur buggin. I do think the grill on the new Maxima looks a bit off, but I still love it. even if I was filthy rich, I would still probably cop a Maxima as an every day vehicle.

what page got pics of the new max? did it change a lil for 2011 or somethin?

Nothing fancy, just my stock '06 G35 sedan. Diggin' the way the new '11 G37's look, but I'm sticking with my baby for a good couple years. Reliability is great. Only major thing I had to take care so far was a busted head unit (which was luckily still under warranty) and a messed up driver's seat track (which really doesn't matter because my seat is pushed all the way to the back anyways).

i'll admit the new maximas look pretty nice tho especially in white w/ CF roof (if it's even cf). but maximas get played out so fast and so does the resale value...

some of these are looking like vw's...but i'm glad i sold my 240 since i don't support this hellaflush bs. it's also funny how the direction of 240's keeps changing...first it was fnf craze, then the sr swap craze and trying to go fast, then the whole drifting, and now the hellaflush nonsense. i always believed i'd buy another 240 later in my life as that was my first car and i truly loved it...but the chances are getting slimmer..
