I just beat the mining mission for "Irish", how close am I to beating the game?
 
My girl got me this game yesterday...

It will sit just like my other 20 games because I mostly be Halo 3.
 
Some stranger out by a campfire seemed friendly and asked if I'd like to take a load off for a minute. I'm thinking he might give me something in return, and he did......a shotgun to the head. Scared the hell out of me

Gun was not made by Rockstar. It was made by Neversoft. You're probably thinking of Red Dead Revolver, but no they're not connected in any way.

there is a reference made to Red Dead Revolver in the game though. but its easy to miss.
 
So i'm getting close to finishing this, and want to know before I finish the main story.
Is it like Fallout 3 when after you finish the main story line you can't continue to just walk around and do side missions?

After you finish, you can still do the side missions, bounties and other stuff. There's only one stranger mission you won't be able to do after you finish the story (I Know You).

Ay, Vincent. What would getting that mounted gun trophy entail? What do you need the person helping you to do? watch your back while you kill lawmen? Just get killed 500 times?

You have to get most wanted in Free Roam and head to the fort where they have cannons and gatling guns with 2 entrances. That's why I need another person so we can each guard a entrance with lighting the lawmen up.

..I really miss playing as him, I thought for a second he somehow faked his own death until I saw it was Jack all grown up when he turned around

@ 98% completion, just need to do a couple more outfits & last Sharpshooter challenge(no guides!)..Kinda cool how you can replay missions as well. Guess I can finally try out online w/some buddies..
 
Instead of buying this I got UFC Undisputed 2010 and I think i'm starting to regret that decision because the online in UFC is

.. but I don't wanna trade it in because if the do fix online the game would be dope. I'm bored as hell on a Sunday and kinda want to try this out i'd rent it but I don't have a blockbuster card

Has anyone ever witnessed a murder suicide? Middle of the night I'm wandering around the wilderness and I see a guy on his knees in the distance. He shoots his wife, cries a bit and then shoots himself in the head. So morbid.

But I forgot to mention- did anyone watch a movie in the theatre yet?? I saw one in Blackwater a few days ago & it was a womanizing silent film..I kept thinking of NT & kitchen jokes making it 10x funnier
