Still my ticket is bought but run out of food. Even if all surface land was barren we would just genetically engineer everything like we kinda do already with some products. I hope he addresses that.

According to reddit Kip Thorne was involved in this project and scientific research groups like Simulating Extreme Spacetimes to understand the visuals you would see around black holes and wormholes. I knew this movie was based of Kip Thorne's traversable wormhole theory/equation. Wasnt sure how all out they went into it.

That was when Spielberg was attached I think.. He wrote the original treatment and developed the story with Spielberg but you know how the Nolan's retool things so this is probably a lot different then the OG story. Plus Nolan couldn't care less about scientific plausibility

I think this may be the exception since it seems like an homage to Spielberg. Weird to see Nolan do a film about hope instead of the darkness and black hearts of mankind.

But there are two guys from that research group in the thread and they said they were pleased with the visuals in the wormhole in the trailer. I'm not saying this will be a spitting image of real space travel but there will be some realism or what we think is realism using modern science.

Ever since I was a kid I wanted out of this galaxy, or at least this solar system. I am excited to see this because I have come to terms (just recently) that interstellar or intergalactic travel will not be ready before I die. I am so excited for this. Its my second most anticipated movie.

Score by the God Hans Zimmer :smokin Mattew McConaughey was drafted into Team Nolan. I feel like Nolan will do for MM what Scorsese did for Dicaprio. A November release date likely means they want to go for an Oscar. A lot to be excited for here. :D

Batman tas was one of the if not the goat AS
Yeah. I don't get why ppl don't get the difference from a show being canceled and it just being time for it to end.

Batman TAS is goat but it was not gonna last forever. It continued on continuity wise in the next Batman cartoon in the 2000s. Same for Superman.

I despise DC but they're animated series' are legendary. We could've gotten at least 2 more years from Teen Titans

I just figure WB is fine eking out what little money they do out of it. Good shows but they don't really care about them. It's why I haven't checked them out since the end of Batman, Supes, TT, JLU.

I have noticed they basically did the same thing to Young Justice.

I haven't been engaged with a cartoon like that since that time.

This poster is so smart

...spectacular spiderman :wow: :frown: :wow:

Man, Spectacular Spidey was the saddest cancellation, at least most of the other shows approached the 65 episode mark ( 65 is considered a full run for these types of animated shows IIRC). Spidey only made it to 26 :smh:

Greg Weisman has the worst luck I swear. Gargoyles, Spectacular Spider-man, Young Justice....he never got to complete a full show.

I don't think I ever finished all the JLU episodes when I was a kid so I watched every episode on netflix recently. Going to start regular JL soon since I don't remember much of it. After that I won't have a cartoon to watch until young justice season 2 is put up.
