News On Future Films Based on Comics/Paranormal/Sci-Fi

Cousin just pointed out something to me. In DoFP they made a big deal about Kitty maybe not being able to anchor Wolverine to the past after she got cut. At the end of the movie Wolverine didnt even stop either Magneto or Mystique. After he delivered the message about the future and rounded up the team him being anchored to the past was meaningless. But the cinematics made it seem as if Kitty failing to anchor him in the past until Mystique dropped her gun was something we should give a **** about. :lol:

He didnt do **** but get his *** handed to him by Magneto since Kitty was cut. Maybe you can make the argument that he was important for the speech he gave to Xavier when he went in Cerebro. Even that is a bad argument.

Franchise will continue to be ****.

Hell.. Nothing about the movie ,made sense.. Why even get magneto, he just made things worse

Literally should have just gotten quicksilver and called it that.. Go get professor x and get him to mind control quicksilver if he doesn't do it by choice






After seeing someone's review on here.. Then thinking about it.. Didn't really make sense

Well they got Mags because they thought he may be reasonable and recognize how dire the future is.

I guess they didn't count on him going rogue and doing his own thing after everything they had told him

And as for quicksilver. It's simple. They made him OP for coolness sake and then had to find a way to get rid of him. Nothing new in cinema. Conveniently finding a way to get rid of the thing that can end the movie in 5 minutes

And wolverine was just there because he's wolverine. I mean I could say why have captain America, black widow and hawkeye in the avengers when basically they didn't do anything. And Thor hulk iron man could save the world by themselves
 
Quicksilver was a kid. They didn't want to get him anymore involved that he already was...debatable though.

Xavier didn't have his powers for 80% of the scenes in the past.

Wolverine was important in the past until Magneto tossed him in the river. His presence from the future was making changes in the timeline until that point. Kitty could have dropped off then. He was vital till that point.

No he wasnt. What benefit was he after he had assembled the team? Only thing you could say is that he gave that speech to Xavier when he put on cerebro. After that any changes Wolverine personally made amounted to nothing. From that point on he had nothing to do with stopping Magneto or Mystique.

Not really. But even so, they weren't acting like BW, Caps, or Hawkeye's actions were ESSENTIAL to the world being saved.

So he didn't participate in that fight with the Sentinals/Magneto at all huh? Do you know what would have happened if he wasn't there? No, so how can you say he was pointless? argument can be made that he warning to Charles caused him not to get completely crushed by the stadium debris. You have an argument about the Mystique gun drop scene but other than that you're nitpicking.

ASM2 was dumb and terrible
Now Days of Futures Past was pointless and messy

We're just a few extra viewings away from shredding Cap 2 for something.

Already murked Thor 1-2, Cap 1, Dark Knight Rises, Batman Begins, ASM1, IM 2-3

Just need to figure out how to rip Avengers, IM1, GotG, and The Dark Knight, and Niketalk will have collectively pissed all over a 7-8 billion dollar industry over..... details. :lol: And I'm positive those films will start to get shredded at some point.

Wolverine didn't do nothin, so why did we make a movie?
No one came to help Superman, so why make a movie?
How did Bruce get across the globe in 20 days? Pointless movie.
Green Goblin was on screen for 437 seconds, waste of a film.

Everyone ******* and complains that Wolverine does too much in the X films, so in this instance, they bring him back in time, then allow the other characters to shine while he sits off to the side, and now it catches heat for that very thing. He does too much, to now he doesn't do enough. :lol: :lol: :lol:

Th fighting scenes except the last 5 seconds of the last fighting scene was ALL DOPE
and worth the shaky storyline
And only thing I didn't like about TDKR

Nah. I shredded this weak *** movie since it came out. When Age of Apocalypse comes out I will be worse about that movie than I was about this. I will repeat my hate for this franchise, in every related comic book thread every day. :evil:

People were talking trash about all those movies except the batman ones since the very beginning. ESPECIALLY IM 1 and 2

The movie was a 1st class sequel that wrapped up Singer's movies. That's it.

Wolverine was only needed to make sure Mystique didn't kill Trask. He succeeded. The whole point was to change the future. Your friend didn't really reveal any eye opening point about the movie. Wolverine only stuck around so that Mystique would be talked down and Magneto wouldn't kill the president.

Maybe you've ignored comics or the cartoons but Wolverine is just popular he's not powerful. Of course he did nothing later on. Prof X and Magneto would wipe the floor with him every time. No surprise he got overshadowed around prime Xavier and Magneto.

You already dislike the franchise so why post about it months later like it even matters? Don't matter how good or bad the movie would've been you're view would stay the same.

Son had an idea of what the X-Men should be in his head. FOX didn't do it so now he's forever a lover scorned :lol:
