at you pretending that Marvins Room and Doing it Wrong aren't songs based on relationships.
90% of drakes catalogue based on failed relationships. bruh. nope you aint dodging this one lmao. i need the receipts. how old r u

True ****. Drakes talks about absolutely nothing.

"I miss this girl" "me and my friends" "People are hating on me" repeat.

Drake is in that Kanye territory now where he's just gonna drop lazy **** cuz he knows his stans will eat it up. Can't put Drake in any best rapper catergory or even best artist now with what Kevin Gates does with rapping and melodies.

Lets be real, what Rappers other than J Cole and Kendrick are "Talking About Something"?

Everyone else is talking about Lean, Pills, and other Brag Rap.

Kanye aint say a damn thing on TLOP lol

People already getting married to Drake songs fam. Lets pretend Marvins Room or Doing it Wrong ain't gonna be bumping on anniversaries :rolleyes

Y'all heard these songs?

Why would a song about jealousy and dirty macking be played at a wedding? What type of ****** up marriage you tryna have bruh?

Lyrically most of Drakes "simp" **** is about him being mad at chicks for moving on/******* other dudes while he's ******* broads himself. That's what bruh meant when he said he can't see these songs being played once millennials leave that phase and actually settle down with a spouse and family.

Wale, the album about nothing was talking about many different things

Got a ***** feeling hopeless

Replace Doing it wrong with Shot for me then.. I forgot Doing it Wrong is about a breakup

Again, Shot For Me is him bragging to his old **** he made it

Your girl is not about to have you reminisce on old relationships on your wedding day

Y'all hear a slow beat and him singing and don't even pay attention to the lyrics lol

Every Breath You Take by The Police is about stalking but it gets played at weddings too. Not everything is super subjective fam. Lets pretend like people in relationships don't listen to Drake's music because it's about breakups tho :rolleyes

Ol everything is literal to me dudes

Rap/R&B is much more literal and explicit than pop/whatever.

Like he is explicitly talking about calling chicks in a relationship and trying to mess it up.

But Imma let you cook big dog you go ahead and play Marvin's Room to start your marriage .

I didn't say 90% of anything. Are we forgetting tracks like Shut It Down as well? I'm 26 btw
im saying 90% of his catalogue is based on relationships. makes no sense to single  out those 2 songs. and me and you are the same exact age. i got married last year. nobody playing drake songs at the anniversary man unless its just hold on were going home or something. its not happening.

That suggestion is top 5 craziest thing I've ever seen on here. Marvin's Room

We live in generation where ppl get married in Air Jordans. I been to wedding receptions where explicit music was being played. I agree it's funny that someone would play music about doomed relationships at a wedding but it's not really that serious.

Every breath you take is not about stalking somebody tho

Mannn nothing is wrong with "Grammys", Future basically spat a few bars and did the hook.

OG/Throne version of Pop Style is better. Def going to replace the album version with the OG.

Fire & Desire production doe :x :smokin ... PND should have kept this one for himself.

Album is cool. First few songs were hard to get through but the rest was solid. Think some of you had your expectations too high on this which I can't blame you since we waited a while and dude had did a lot since his last LP. Solid album nonetheless, the production and sampling saved it though.

"The lyrics are the words of a possessive lover who is watching "every breath you take; every move you make".

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Every_Breath_You_Take

You wanna take an L this bad :smh:

Right cause you had to wiki that. Sting himself also said its reference to cameras and the government watching people during the Cold War and the song could be interpreted in different ways. So technically we could both be right

And that's why Drake ain't up there with Kendrick or Cole as far as quality. Big Krit and Kevin Gates talk about alot in there music too.

And I'm with you on Kanye. He been bad as a rapper for 3-4 years now other than a few tracks.
