I think this is just my first time visiting this forum.  So I quit collecting Jordans more than 3 years ago, sold some, gave away a lot, kept some.  I'm in my mid-30s and my knees are bad (but that doesn't stop me from Hiking), I needed something lighter and more comfortable, no more mid-cut shoes, no more basketball shoes.  I bought a pair of Nike Shox O' Nine recently at Finishline and just loved it, so I bought 2 more pairs of the same model.  Then I noticed the Nike Shox deliver, with the design looking very simple but yet sophisticated, those too were comfortable so I bought a pair.  I also found a pair of Shox R4, I know these have been around for a while now, but I purchased one too.  I'm looking forward to buying more Nike Shox Deliver because they look clean and feels great to wear.  Although not Shox,  I'm also about to purchase a pair of Nike AirMax 2010.  I think I'm going to stick to Shox and Running Shoes now........now don't get me wrong, I may have walked away from Jordan collecting, but I've always been a die hard Michael Jordan fan for more than 20 years.  If JB in the future decides to incorporate some similar Nike Shox and Nike running designs on their low-cut shoes, then I'll buy those too.....

I feel u. My wifey wears Shox and Air Max for comfort as well. I should use them for work but, I'm not wasting a buck or more on sneakers for work.

Heavy and bulky, exactly, Jordan basketball shoes and non-basketball shoes.  I used to have a couple of Jordan Trunners but they weren't comfortable either.  Plus one Trunner was too hard to put on and wraps the feet too tight and it had nothing to do with size, just the design.  And I don't think there was ever a Trunner or a Jordan training shoe that had that "bounce" feel on the sole compared to Nike Shox and Nike Air Max.

Diehard Jordan collector here...

I only own one pair of Shox and wear them daily - the Shox Saya. Almost 100 shox combined on both shoes (94), Best heel to toe transition I have ever felt on ANY shoe:
