Don't know what area you're in but since I've been out here House of Hoop in PG plaza has been pretty easy for me to cop from.

Always FcFS, they let you line up as early as you like, and for releases like this, there are multiple stores selling them so you're chances of getting your size are greater IMO.

There is a HOH opening in Annapolis mall but I didn't think that one was opening anytime soon.
