Don't kill me if I'm wrong but judging by location and ease of access I'd say Hagerstown.
Arundel is at a mall which isn't far from anything.
Same goes for national harbor.
Hagerstown is in the sticks IMO and furthest from the city.
I'd rather deal with i70 folks vs i95 folks 7 days a week when it comes to jordans.

No camping at Arundel Mills Mall as Arundel County Police don't play. They open at 10 I would say get there by 8am and they have more than one FSR.

Ehhh. Maybe they changed the policy, but people were definitely there at 6 am for the BHM Hyperposites. I was personally there at 8. The mall opens before 10, because people come in to walk/exercise.
