Honestly, I love the car. I can't think of any modern car under 40k that I'd rather have. I wanted a fast 2 door sports car and preferred a hatch because I was spoiled in my 94 Integra. I didn't want one of the big muscle cars because I like small cars. This was the most bang for my buck and had added practicality of the hatch back design. The interior quality is very nice for the money. One of the best steering wheels you could ask for. Nice shift knob. Sunroof and touch screen. I highly suggest test driving one if you are thinking about it.

The DSG is awesome. Although it makes me a little nervous because fixing it can be expensive, people say they are built very well. when you drive it the shifts are so quick it's unreal, and there's a launch control feature (to be used sparingly /not to be abused) that is cool also.

I can't vouch for the new models (mk7). And I'm pretty sure the Mk8 is coming soon, but I picked up my CPO '12 for 20k and now you can find CPO 13s for under 18 fully loaded. Thats half off the original sticker price and once you throw on some good tires and the $500 APR tune, you can put a lot of cars to shame, and hang with some of the big boys on the street. I recently took a mustang all the way to 130 before he started pulling on me going up to 140.

My only gripe is since im having a baby i could've got the four door, but the dimensions are the same so it isnt cramped in the back.

Im def gonig back to vw/audi when its time, idc if they depreciate quick

You have pics of your car? When i got my '12 Jetta I wanted a GLI or GTI at the time but it wasnt practical for me. Crazy how like a year later I saw crazy prices on CPO market

What is there not to love about this beautiful piece of machinery.

I'm legit in love with that car just was wondering

I like the 2014/15 more than the 2016 actually too, I know German luxury cars take a hit with depreciation lol

I love the way it looks with some staggered HRE's on the car my goodness sex on wheels. They're still pricy for the 2014 models with the quattro prestige package but the depreciation is not pretty at all.

Bro they're even less. I have a db9 lined up right now to buy for our dealership for 42k. Trying to get it for like 39 though

Love the RS7 especially in Misano Red. Was actually looking at the S7 but decided to go the SUV route and also knew it's getting redesigned soon.

I bet, dude. I was just browsing and saw an '06 or '05 for like $47k with like 30k or so on the odo

Ridiculous. The only reason I bought mine was due to the vert and 6-speed and it was a fair price for the year. I bought an '08 back in 2013. I would never buy a cruddy semi-auto transmission DB9. It's just a fancy word for basically automatic. Nowhere near a true DCT even though they have paddles. Another good reason I don't have it tbh. Paying premium for it to drop so much. I knew what I was getting into but I was also still in school and a little careless with my funds.
Yea the one i can get for 42, and probably 40 if im there in person with the cash, is an 07 with 29k miles.  Auto trans though

I still think ////AMG's have the absolute worst depreciation. I remember back when I was shopping for my DB9 I was also looking to get into a CL65 AMG, but just couldn't pull the trigger seeing how bad they were depreciating and also the transmission.

Call me old-fashioned but I need a 6-speed, unless they don't offer it and is in a different category of vehicles.
I think Land Rover has the depreciation crown personally.

I used to think the same thing, but now I'd probably consider a dct, they've definitely came a long way.

^God daym! They're probably on their way to mexico right now if they're not already there.

Happy Thanksgiving car fam! :smokin
