You need a water based tire dressing. Optimum and Poor boys both make good ones. Carpro also makes good products as said above

Turned in my '99 Rav which I've had for 17 years and picked up The Lexus.

considering trading in my '13 GT CS for a luxury sedan. i've been debating on a 4-door sedan, but i still want some good power.

my range is $25K-30K (would love to stay on the lower end), any recommendations, comparisons, etc.?

i'm looking at the q50, maybe an older model m3 sedan or m5, is or e350 (i love something from almost every luxury line). my main concern is longevity of the vehicle. from my experience (parents), i know that lexus and infiniti have been great brands for them.

any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Looks great man. Freshly buffed out Red looks so good in person.

I think i missed out on a smoking deal on a Lighting last week, i was on the way home from looking at that POS Acura and saw it on craigslist and it was right on my way home. Called and he had just sold it 20 minutes ago. i was pissed. I had seen it earlier in the day but didn't bother to click the link. Do you mind telling me what year and miles and what you payed for yours? I know Canada market is probably different but i want to see if this deal was as good as i think it was.

Thanks man, I definitely agree, I love these in red. I really like the sonic blue color these came in as well.

Mine is a 2002, with 126,xxx km, so about 80,xxx miles. I paid 12 grand for it canadian, which is like 9500 USD. I got a really good deal on it, but it did need all new tires, which aren't cheap in this size.

I know the Lightning market pretty good, both here and down in the states, what were the details on the one you missed out on? Was it stock or modded?

It was white which i thought was really nice, it was all stock, and had 103k Miles on it. He was asking 9,000 probably could have gotten it for less.  Compared to the others i saw listed in the Northern California market it was a steal.

They look really nice in white too. Mileage has a big impact on price with these trucks, same with mods. 150k miles, you're probably looking around 9 grand, I've seen extremely low mile ones, with around 10k miles, go for 20-25 grand.

103k miles is starting to get up there, but at 9 grand you would've came out ahead. Without seeing the truck, it was probably worth 11-14 grand depending how clean it was, and the shape it was in mechanically.

Here's the 330 i picked up Yesterday. Pretty clean rig and i like driving it a lot better than the Civic Hybrid, and it cost me less than half of what i sold the Hybrid for lol. So i consider it a win.

:smh:

There's one here that's been for sale since February. It has 130k miles, and they want $7900 USD for it. It's not going anywhere  . Once you get past 100k miles, the value on these lightnings falls off a cliff.

Congrats on the 330i, it looks clean :smokin
