I ordered some kicks and they sent it through UPS. I got the tracking number and I see the package is in a town like 30 min from me so I expect it to arrive in the afternoon. 2 days go by and it still didn't come what exactly were they doing that whole time? I could have just drove there and got the +#+@ my damn self. When it finally came dude just straight left it on my front porch I was home and he didn't even ring the door bell. My kicks could have been jacked easily cuz it was out there for hours. IDK I usually dont order shoes online but these were one of my grails but whatever UPS sucks.

Being an ex UPS employee they are up there. But all of them are the same to some degree since I work now for a company that has used all of the major courier companies.

For my money Purolator (a Canadian company) has the worst driver attitude & general IDGAF mentality I've seen.

DHL, TNT, why do all these companies think a 3 letter acronym makes them sound cool?

Yeah, once you've made it getting name checked on a Biggie song you're badass

Yeah I've never been a big fan of UPS unless I need to mail something large, as the price will be better. But yeah they're crazy slow imo. I always feel like I'm gonna have to wait at least a week from the time of shipment for something to arrive. USPS Priority always 2 days

UPS is probably the best out of them all
Fedex is good
DHL shouldnt be in business
It depends on what service was used to ship ex Next Day air , 2day , 3day select or Ground . Next day air is guranteed by 10:30 am if its not there you can get a refund on the shipping everything else is usually before 5 or 6 pm . But if you do track it you and its in your area call UPS and tell them you will pick it up . He left the package on your door because there was probably a shippers release and that requires no signature .

as a UPS manager ill give you the real
If you ship something less than 2 pounds its a better deal financially to ship USPS..

drivers are trained to only wait 30  seconds to move on to the next delivery....some of them ninja's dont even ring the door bell.
and dont get it twisted there is some grimey dudes who are drivers.... we all know what each label on packages is... where it comes from...etc... how much insurance is on it...
if its valuable... dudes will steal it... if it falls into the right pocket.

UPS IMO is the best way to ship because they will give you money back for their #!%+ ups

People are catching up to your game. My father knows a jewelry dealer who sprays the boxes with an invisible dye that's only visible with a blacklight. Someone tried to steal some jewelry and they tracked down the employee and he was terminated with charges pending.
