--[ TOP GEAR U.K SERIES 24 Started Mar. 6 ]--[The GRAND TOUR ]

yall are trippin tbh

i love how the aventador looks esp the 50th anniv i love the huracan too even tho i prefer the gallardo the huracan is still nice

But how much will Toyota charge for the Supra and will it look the same as the concept or even remotely close?

iono how this could be boring looking
its one of the most dam aggressive looking supercar out there look like a transformer could pass as a hypercar already look more like it than a 918

I dont like the 918 either. Not a big Porsche fan

You dont compare the Aventador to normal cars, you compare it to **** like this

Im not even a big Ferrari Fan, but that is a beautiful machine. They have had no missteps since the 458. Can't wait to see the stig tear this **** up.

I would hope the Aventador looks better than the 458. The 458 is meant to compete with the Huracan and higher end Gallardos.

The 918, Aventador, and Laferrari are on a different level than the 458 and the Gallardo/Huracans. the 458 and Huracan are something like half the price of the others

Even then I still think its pretty close in terms of looks

And if you watched the last episode he said he would agree with our opinion.

try again
And if you watched that last episode (Series 22 Episode 1), it's pretty obvious they were only commenting on the Huracan.

And if you watched Series 17 episode 6 and Series 18 episode 1, then you'd know they love the way the Aventador looks.

But the Aventador isn't something like half the price of the 918 and LaFerrari, right?

The LaFerrari does nothing for me. Ish looks boring and unspired. Looks like a bathtub on wheels. I would take the McLaren P1 over it easily.

Why dudes comparing the aventador to the 918 and LaFezza? 918,P1, and LaFezza are hypercars and cost a lot more than the aventador.

McClaren easily making the best hypercar right now imo.

The Laferrari and the P1 have close enough bodies where the Laferrari cant be compared to a bathtub and the McCLaren be praised. Not saying they are carbon copies of each other but still. There is definitely a resemblance

I was comparing the aesthetic of an aventador to hypercars because he said the aventador looked boring but we're over that already

The rumors are 50-60k

I HIGHLY doubt it will be that inexpensive. A reasonably optioned Supra cost over 50k in the early 90s.

People seem to forget that starting price for a Turbo Supra in the 90s was more than that of an RT/10 Viper. They were never inexpensive cars.

If the car ever gets released, I wouldn't be surprised to see it only released under the Lexus moniker in North America at a price of 80-100k.

^That's what I was thinking also. Doubt it'll be under 60k depending on the specs.

i say the supra is no more than 80k tbh

50-80k

i know thats a big gap n all but i cant see it costing too much

Adjusted for inflation, a mk4 Supra Turbo with absolutely no options was about 75k in todays dollar. 50k just isn't happening.

Like I said, I really wouldn't be surprised to see it release under the Lexus nameplate in North America; the same way the GT86 is sold under the Scion moniker. Americans are badge ****** and Toyota has developed a reputation for mundane, affordable and safe people movers. Selling the FT1/Supra as Toyota at a premium price in the States could hinder sales as opposed to releasing it under a perceivably more prestigious moniker.

Episode 2
That quarry segment was awesome. Smuggling stigs to race.
Those claymores.
