I'll say this however it is just my opinion.
To me the rails have a bit more room than the reebok questions to me but it may just be my feet. I wear size 10 in most of my sneakers and felt like I could have went for a 9.5 in my rails. To be safe though I'd just go with normal size that you usually go with.

Exactly my case too, 8.5 for all Nike/JB and 8 for every Reebok.
