that shoe set everything off for me,holding that shoe in the summer of '96 in SM Cubao made me appreciate sneakers in a whole nutha level.man i love these.

I had the Black/White pair that first came out. It revolutionized the max uptempo line. I wouldn't get them again though.

I have 1 1995 pair and 2 2000 retro pairs of this colorway (bought from Shoetrends).
I need the all black with white swoosh retroed, as they never have been.
I coveted these shoes more than the AJXI and Penny I in its day haha.

Actually the Fila Grant Hill 2s were THE shoe of that year when it came to the mainstream.

They need to release more colorways of this shoes. A couple have come out in the past year that were very nice and I hope they continue.

I think these will come back out again. I still have the white and blue pair that retrod in I wanna say '02? Can't remember, I got them for free. I still wear them and they feel like clouds on my feet.
