Their 2015 revenue is a projected $115m. Whoever advised them on that deal to get them $1bln deserves kudos, especially on the heels of the AB-Sab deal.

Exactly. That's a really hard sum of cash to turn down.
And if it drops the price of Sculpin and GF Sculpin by even a dollar or two a six-pack, I'm OK with that.

Since BA apparently hates flavorful commentary,
I overviewed their SEC filing paperwork. They got a helluva deal. Gross Profits of $52 mil this yr. Cash assets of 5.5 million. Huge Debt. Constellationy saw that 2x growth year over year. They want a piece of that pie ASAP

Assuming there's no non-compete clause that prevents them from doing so, just take some of that $1B and set up shop for another brewery

You should give something new a try. Its fun. You'll run into stuff you don't like, but when you find something you love it'll make it all worth it.

You can buy single bottles! I didnt know you could till I started trying different beers. I've done it thus far at places that specialize in spirits and/or wine as well as gas stations. Just take one outta the six(or four) pack. If it rings up as a pack tell them then they'll ring it up as a single.

These were good.
Those were the only two beers that stood out for me out of the 9 I bought from Total Wine.
I've also tried all the Oatmeal,Peanut Butter, Chocolate Stouts...wasn't impressed by any.

Went to 3 local spots in East LA last night for stone xo. First 2 sold out but got lucky with the third.
