EDIT: The fact that there's this much still available, not the price. But since we're at it, what did yall pay?

$19.99 for me which is pretty damn good considering what I've seen most pay. Average is about $24-25.

I don't think that's normal.
Vanilla Rye $30
BCBCS, BCBW, BCBS $8 a bottle
I think that's close to typical. Maybe a bit over.
My nephew works at a Whole Foods and got me a BCBS. Traded a BCBCS for it.
Total for me is 1 bottle of Vanilla Rye, 3 bottles of BCBCS, 2 bottles of BCBW, 1 bottle of BCBS.
I'm done with BC this year.

MY BCBS was $25 (for 1 four pack) at one place, $22 at another. I stopped looking, driving, asking after my three. It was so seamless, I didn't want to waste anymore time. I'll let others try their hand at obtaining some. At some point I'll be randomly shopping and see some, at which point I'd probably buy more.

Considering what you get out of each bottle (ABV and oz), it's quite a bargain. I paid $13 for 1 12 oz bottle of Avery Tweak, and $24 for a big bomber of BA Old Rasputin. Both are likely a step below BCBS.

am i a thot because i only drink corona, Guinness & Heineken? My boys make fun of me because they ALL like blue moon and all these types of exotic joints

Like what you like is my saying. It's when people like your friends who prejudge you that I get a little heated.. They do know Blue Moon is owned by Miller/Coors. They are a shell of a "craft" business. Just like Shocktop and dozens of others, including GI lol, they aren't "craft" in the traditional sense.. Even the three you listed are so big that they probably are brewed off site from where you think they brew it. I wouldn't even call them "imports" anymore. In the traditional sense you'd be surprised what is and what isnt considered "exotic". Local craft movements are growing like crazy. I suggest you find a truly local brand and jump on board. Cheers

Made out alright today:

Three spots didn't have it yet, one spot had it but is releasing it on Wednesday (jagsfan.gif), and I got what's seen above at the place down the road from my house.  Prices were actually pretty good.  BCBS was $22/4, BCBBW was $6/bottle, and the Vanilla Rye was $24.

From what I was told, Long Island only got 3 cases of BCBCS for the entire island...and lord knows I'm not gonna find any of it.

Looks like everyone made out well. Sucks I couldn't get any coffee or vanilla. Def let us know how that vanilla tastes guys.

Where the heck is all this variant stuff going? I'm seeing whole states locked out. This is so odd.

I'm sorta over BCBCS (most have to be. We can't dwell on it). When I drink BCBS, I just have a mental image of what it would taste like with coffee in it. Don't get me wrong, its a great beer, but looking at bottle dates, if BCBCS is already 3 months old, some coffee notes may already be out of the beer. I felt by Jan. and Feb this past year, the coffee allure had diminished. It was basically BCBCS.5 at that point. I'm actually hearing Avery Tweak as a very sturdy replacement for those that missed BCBCS.. I'm busting mine open this evening.

Had it when I went out saturday, not feeling it at all. Got a liqueur like overly sweet vibe to it, cannot stand anything liqueur like.

I was able to get one more 4pack of BCBS last night on a walk in - which brings me to three 4packs, total. I don't think I'm going to bust my balls trying to get BCBCS or the Vanilla joint, but if the opportunity presents itself easily, then I'm game. Otherwise, I think my three 4packs of BCBS will serve me just fine for the next year or so.

Beers for the night. I poured the bcbs right before I turned on walking dead on in demand. They didn't have the new episode up. Oh well. I'm still sipping on bcbs so I can't be too upset.

^Did you watch the latest walking dead?! (no spoilers but holy crap!)

You guys got good deals...*****. I paid $36 for my Vanilla and Coconut (a piece) and then $12 a bottle for the other 3 12oz bottles. Ended up paying $111 for the 5. I've never had the Coconut or Vanilla so once I try it, odds are unless it totally blows me away, I'll never buy it again unless I can find it on a whim while I'm out. I wish I could find a bottle of Black Tuesday to try, get that outta my system

:x DAMN those prices are unreal!

Yeah, tell me about it. It was a smaller local shop, not like Binny's or anything and when she rang them up, she said $111...I thought "holy ****, really?!" but I was already there and waited in line. Then I'm reading what you guys paid and now I feel like a dickhole

Aww hell naw. Y'all can have it at that price.

I could probably easily Google this, but will there be bcbcs kegs this year? We're there last year?

A place by me is doing growler fills of 2013 right now.

*edit: woops. Didn't see that you meant coffee. Don't mind me.

^where you from?

As long as I've lived out here, never saw it on draft. I'm far from a bar hopper nor have I Googled it, but I've never seen it in a keg.

^ I was misinformed. Only bcbs is on tap. Everything else is bottled. $10 bcbcs and $32 vanilla rye. Hope it lasts till 5 when I'm off work. The place isn't known for craftbeer so I hope I can grab some coffee at least.
