The Official Netflix Thread Tho: Recommend Streaming Movies

The series drops off after first 5. Hard to stay interested. Went on Google to see what's up with the case now. Sad story man.

Show must be flames.

Last 50+ posts were all about the show.

So, it's a true ongoing case huh?

Just finished the Killing season 1. Pretty lame.

However, just watched the first episode of Making a Murderer

Reminds me of West of Memphis and the Paradise Lost series. Can't wait to see how this thing unfolds. Small hick towns always produce the horrific miscarriages of justice

I feel for this dude. He was definitely a marked man.

Evwryone should watch it.i hope some type of dna experts can prove the blood was from the vile.probably his only shot man.amh feel for his parents too man.smh the setup is so obvious i feel like thing must be a real elaborate plan from the government.could be far fetched but u never know who has friends in high places and also they def wasnt tryna pay all that.

This man has the dumbest nephews on the planet!

Whole family just doesn't get it!

On episode 5 and I can't believe what I'm seeing

I don't know whats worse, the governments shady ways

or his family saying the most incriminating things about him.

Life truly isn't fair to this man

Wrapped up episode 10 tonite.  Maaaaan, that **** is weighing on my mind heavy.

Still can't believe that what I just watched really happened.  All the corruption and illegality of so much of the Avery/Dassey cases is so blatantly obvious, yet no courts will see that these guys have legitimate reasons for a retrial.  The "justice system" strikes again.

And how about the irony of Colburn being the cop to escort Dassey to/from the verdict hearing?  Maaaaan.....that gave me chills.

Wow!

I'm not even mad like I thought I'd be, I'm a bit nervous, kind of scared in a way after finishing episode one and the last thing they say to end ep 1 is...be careful bringing a lawsuit against the Sheriffs department because you might end up being charged for Murder, then

-"Do we have a body"
-"I don't think so"
-"We have Steven Avery in custody though?"

Jesus Christ law enforcement can get away with much.
This is so sad man

Man, how does this Kid Brendan help his Uncle kill Theresa all of a sudden. Initially they said the day she photographed Stevens car for the Auto Trader that she had three Appts total and two of those were made after she left Stevens home. Now all of a sudden she was tied to Stevens bed being raped and killed by Brendan and Steven, and she didn't make the other 2 appts?

Man this **** is ill man.

I'm obviously on episode 3 and I'm sick to my stomach.

So Jodi(Steven Averys GF) gets released days after Brendan confesses, if I find out she made a deal with them by helping to turn Brendan.....

The way Mark and Tom sound on tape is ridiculous. It's amateur hour at its finest.

I know all this has been said but damn, they have these guys on tape sounding shady and shaky and HOW IN THE HELL were they allowed to question Brendan, a minor, without adult permission, without adult supervision, and without a lawyer.

No DNA on the key belonging that matched Tersea
Her cousin found the truck after 20 mins while being given a camera
Brother/ex boyfriend were directed to search the savage yard
Officer Lenk finding all of the key evidence
Deleted voicemails

Stop it b. Then the measures they took to turn Jodi against him was sickening. But my man Brendan, the way he was finessed into admitting something he clearly knew nothing about is serious. All the homie wanted to do was go back to 6th period and then watch WrestleMania

Draw a picture of the sex
Draw a picture of the body

We spoke to your parents its ok

Documentary made me sick man :smh:. Just finished episode 8, and I don't even wanna watch this sht anymore. Disheartening

:smh:

I thought the FBI would come in and save the day, but nope, there's no end to the blue wall of protection. So what's the plan here internet?

^ I've seen several online petitions pop up in the last few days. May be a start.

From what I understood, Avery ran out of appeals so can no longer be appointed an attorney, hence him doing the work himself. So I think the key is undoing the Dassey conviction because in doing so, they'd almost be forced into looking at Avery's case. It also seems like Dassey's case shows more clear cut corruption and underhanded tactics by the police/investigators/counsel/judge that can be proven. I feel like if the right eyes see how this went down, things could change. But with their cases only being looked at by Wisconsin judges, they'll stay in prison forever. Like I'm still baffled at how you can remove Brendan's lawyer because he let his client be interrogated without counsel present, yet still allow those interrogations to be evidence. It only makes sense from the perspective that they protect their own, which is why someone from outside of that system needs to step in.

I hope all those bastards go down.

Funny that this show drops amidst the Fargo popularity, so we get a real life taste of the midwestern accents and dysfunctional law enforcement

Make it happen someone. Would do it myself but I'm on mobile and I don't think I'd do it justice. No pun intended.
