Yeah man I couldn't finish them last few seasons of weeds at all. Them first few seasons were gold.

Lost got absolutely RIDICULOUS. It was like they were under intense pressure and making it up as they went along to the point it was laughable. Should've been a 2 or 3 season show MAX. Could've went down as one of the greats.

I believe Dexter fell off the most in television history. The writing became absolutely ridiculous.

Remember the intro plane crash? I was hooked. Polar bears on da island. Mysterious remote signal.
Then it got all metaphysical and philosophical, which was a bad left turn IMO.
As for Weeds, the show expanded beyond its namesake, which I think was its downfall.

Networks hold on too long to a lot of shows. Showtime is one of the best examples with weeds, dexter, and californication. They milk shows until sand comes out of the nipple.

If anything, hbo makes you want more seasons of some shows. Deadwood and Rome deserved 4 seasons each but their budgets were too high.

Cmon...the S3 finale was one of the greatest things network television has ever given the world.
There's that.
But yeah, S4 on depended on how far down the rabbit hole you wanted to go.
Still, it was kinda awesome how the series ended with S5, even if it was on a bit of a cliffhanger.

Yeah dexter fell off after season 5, episode 11. When they didn't give us the reveal I was pissed. Not to mention that incest vibe the last few seasons. Things just got way too stupid. First few seasons was the **** doe.

1st person I've agreed with 100 on Dexter.
Most people try and say it fell off S7. Some say 6. But that was it. It was obvious what they had to do: let Deb find out and have season 6 be the end of it. Or else your show is ********. So of course, they kick that rock down the road...again. Then next thing you know, I hear they're negotiating for seasons 7 and 8.
Dead show running after that.
**** was poetic having Breaking Bad on at the same time, schooling them on how to end with pride.

I'm six episodes in and I think it's terrible.
Season 1 was great, but the scope was far more limited.
It's a shame because the Rome writers laid the foundation for some really interesting future plot lines.

Forreal. Should had Dexter get exposed on season 5 finale then have season 6 be Dexter vs Deb and Miami metro or something and be done with it. some type of showdown besides the ****** way it ended.
