Most Yankee fans I know would say 2004 because of Boston but it's 2001 for me by far. After 9/11, sports didn't matter for a bit but that team just kinda lifted everyone up. And to win those two games in extras the way they did, you felt like it was destined to happen

I knew this was coming when I saw Heilman coming out of the fence. I never blamed Beltran at all. Without him, we would never make it all the way to NLCS. Mets' 07 and 08 seasons were much worse. We blew our playoff spot in our final game of both season at HOME. And we were much better than the 2006 Mets.
