Oh I'm sorry, Did I Break Your Conversation........Well Allow Me A Movie Thread by S&T

They didn't have part 2 in there
Hol a minute...

Every part of this is comedy. Have I just been ignoring all Twilight news? They got a full grown daughter?
Michael Sheen and Dakota are better than this. Denzel ain't proud.
Mandy's bro from Shameless is in this?

This is like emo DBZ.
:wow: Ok...okay....kinda awesome. :nerd: This **** is basically rated R. You never coulda told me.

Vampires have powers in this and Ashley Greene can see the future.

Kristen Stewart's power is being very boring and looking like her upper lip stinks.

Don't lie, now you wanna watch from the begginning and see what's what don't you? :nerd:

My wife helped me with a lot of that, but basically the kid they have grows at a rapid rate. Vampire something or other. I don't remember, nor does it really matter.

And I think they offer flash forwards as well, hence the hot chick with a horrible hairdo Ashley Greene.

Just watched the first episode of in the the thick of it. Sold.

Veep was based in tbis

>D No thank you. That all fights video was everything I expected Twilight to be and more.

The last battle though...I'll admit...not what I expected.
I just sat there with weebey face.

I know some girls were crying before it turned out to be a dream.

Some walked out when the main dude lost his head from what I heard

But why a dream though. I don't get the purpose of that series. First they make up the rules of vampirism as they go along and then they Lost 2.0 you?

So, getting back to Keanu, there's a few roles that ONLY he could play. Ted, of course. He was also awesome in Parenthood. When he counsels a young Joaquin Phoenix on, um, satisfying his needs. Genius.

Yo yall lost me when yall started talking about Twiligiht. I was like when did that start.

When I eventually got around to watching the first two movies it gave me a headache. I was basically being a maschoist when the first oen gave me a headache and when I watched the sequel a different day it gave me a headache as well. The acting and writing for this is beyond bad. To me this is worse than Avatar getting all the attention it did.
Ripping heads off.

Scandalous
I would've loved to have been there opening night to observe the crowd's reactions to
seeing the characters they've grown attached to throughout the Twilight series being spectacularly killed off until
really this is a pretty big spoiler
it's all revealed to have been some crystal ball alternate reality.
If that's how it ends   I may actually peep this last installment if this is what the writers and creator had in mind. I'll just down like 8 tylenol beforehand.

ONeg, I thought Pattison was an okay actor in Bel Ami but I was not willing to watch Cosmopolis after getting the gist of it. I'd rather watch In time and The Great Gatsby remake over and over.
Keanu is the Nick Swisher (Yankees) of the movie world...
DAMNIT THAT DEXTER TEASER :pimp:
:nerd:
is this real? It was titled Lawless a year or so ago, but now it's untitled.

If it's real :smokin If it's rock centered I'd be disappointed cuz I think some of them would just kinda be glorified cameos in that but maybe they go deeper.

ill just leave this here

I have the biggest crush on actress Stephanie hunt. She's in the indie flick "Somebody up there likes me" and was in FNL (tv series)

Holy ****...I love her

Wreck It Ralph was awesome!

6/5.

CP's using every excuse in the book to not make it seem like he's keen of Twilight.

I've read the all the books...not bad.

I've only watched one twlight movie.

Yeah, I thought that too. Franco's just the closest newer guy to the way Keanu is, I think.
But yeah, Cage is Keanu on speed. Higher highs, lower lows, Sam Jackson's taste and work ethic. :smh:

The "You Might Have To Reconsider Your Movie If You Cast Me" All-Stars
The Fly, Dead Zone, Dead Ringers, eXistenZ, Crash...I don't know why, but I love A History of Violence, really liked Eastern Promises, didn't care about A Dangerous Method, and Cosmopolis...yeah. Keep meaning to watch Scanners and Videodrome.

The Dead Zone isn't terrible, but I don't think it's as great as his other work.

The Fly is still his crowning achievement IMO. It's up there with The Thing for me.

If you are going to watch one of those two, Scanners or Videodrome, I definitely say Videodrome. It really foreshadowed the Internet age, and it's pretty entertaining. Doesn't go off of a tangent as much as Cosmopolis, but is quite different from something as straight forward as The Dead Zone or The Fly.

I finally got around to Limitless.

It was cool I guess.

And I rewatched all the Matrix's on HBO GO the other day

Goin to see Olympus here in a couple hours. Have heard it was a fun ride. Unofficial kickoff to summer movies I suppose.
