Film had its limitations.. But I blame that more on the budget and lack of support from the studio

I need to watch again.. But really felt like I watched to much of the movie in the previews, which again goes to budget constraints since they had to show a lot to sell it

I hope it's good cause it's Darth Maul so I'm already ready for Season 8 to come out. If it's bad I will pretend it doesn't exist probably.

I'd give Deadpool a 6/8. Thoroughly enjoyed it but not sure if I would enjoy it as much the second or the third time around.

So much of the movie is based around humor and to me it's the kind of humor that's not as funny after repeat viewings.

I would need to not watch it for years and forget about all the jokes in order for me to really enjoy it again.

I can even see a way they bring back Blunt given how the movie ended. Maybe she couldn't let it go completely and gets sucked back in? nerd.gif

‘Wolf Of Wall Street’ Producer Red Granite Now Cooperating In Federal Probe Into Funding

Red Granite, the producer of The Wolf of Wall Street, is now said to be cooperating with a federal investigation into its money relationships (Deadline broke the news of the subpoenas and federal probe earlier this year).

The Wall Street Journal today reported that Red Granite is cooperating with the ongoing federal probe which, they report, is focused on whether $155M may have moved through a Malaysian government fund known as 1MDB and into Red Granite in 2012 through “a circuitous route involving offshore shell companies."

The controversial 1MDB was set up by Prime Minister Najib Razak; Red Granite co-founder Riza Aziz is his stepson. A spokesman for Aziz referred Deadline to Red Granite spokespeople who were unavailable to comment, but, in the past all have denied that anything inappropriate has taken place.

I always watch J. Edgar when it's on.

One of Leo's top 3 roles in my opinion.

He made Hoover, seem morally decent.

Fully agreed. Deniros acting range in general is super underrated. He gets typecast as the Italian mob crime guy but he can mix it up with the best of em.

has anybody ever seen the movie Stardust? Great flick with a super random acting performance by Deniro

damn they made a musical out of one of my all time favourite movies

I get how doing theater is great training for actors but I really dont get why people go to attend the shows.

I'll take a movie over a play every time

Frank Sinatra was a really good actor for his time.

For like the 3rd time I saw Suddenly last night. He really embodied the sociopathic near psychopathic unhinged assassin for hire. The reasoning, his flaws, what he said and how he said it.

Well written movie and well acted.

I've been wanting to start watching older films & I was made aware last night that select theatres are going to do special screenings of "On The Waterfront" later this month.

Tried to watch Trainwreck. Couldn't do it. Just don't like Schumer. Oh well.

I got to give LeBron props in Trainwreck. For an athlete, he's miles ahead of most in delivering his lines. The most talented actor from the NBA has got to be Dwight. I was impressed with his stint in a Disney sitcom. Runner up is Blake.

The worst might be Wade lol.

how can any NBA fan be surprised that lebron is a great actor? he puts on a show every game

Have you seen Blake's recent work in Broad City. I have not, but I hear it's something special.
