this is something easy I can just throw together in a frying pan after work.  a bunch of vegetables, beans, rice, and tofu - might not look too good, but is pretty tasty

Roasted vegetables are underrated.  It's one of my favorite things to eat.  That and also throwing some frozen vegetables in a pan with seasoning and butter.

Damb fam, I definitely need to learn how to appreciate and cook this stuff (going on a strict diet and trying to impress someone

Bean burger, eh? Interesting...

I've also gotten around to eating less and less meat. I haven't gone fully vegetarian, but I'm creeping towards so this thread is something I'll be watching closely. I'm aware there have been previous threads on this topic before and Meth did come through with a lengthy reply detailing and discussing different diets and where to start. I'll see if I can find that again...

Ive been messing with lemon pepper and curry lately. Cayenne pepper as usual too. Lima beans are my favorite but I also like black eyed peas and chickpeas for soup.
Just made some Yellow Lentils (Split Peas) today. Came out good.

Onions, Carrots, Ginger, and I threw some Mushrooms in there that I needed to use. I like the mild flavor of the yellow lentils.
