too many people sleep on 89s .. and i dont mind it at all .. gettin pairs for $59 on sale CANT BE BEAT ..

i have the white/red, grey/white, and black/zen grey .. all clean colorways on a CLEAN shoe imo

Its cuz they look like bootleg Jordan 4s. You would get clowned on my block for rocking these.

Why exactly is that fam? No offense when I ask but is that all folks know nowadays. Half the people who cop Js currently probably never seen Jordan play. It's a lot of slept on kicks today for that reason alone... Everyone is so fixated on Js. These IMO are slick in certain CWs

To each it's own bro... I usually see how a lot of trends get started... For instance back in the 2000s people would clown others for rockin slim fit or "fitted" jeans and as you can see that's what's in now. It's just funny how folks can clown someone until the see their "idol" rocking the same stuff that was clowned. Soon after they follow suit. Just crazy that rocking something different or what YOU may consider cool, can be shunned on at times you know.

these got MAD love back then .. still do from me and cats my age ... i have 3 colorways, and want 1-2 more

when these dropped the 3s were the newest lookin ish ... these blew EVERYTHING out of the water .. i know plenty of people that were rockin these over the 4s even when they came out ... cats LOVED the swoosh back then ..

these new kids dont get it
