Haven't tried Polo based on user complaints but have had no issues on Bittrex thus far.

the only issue with rex is not that much volume. thats why everybody is on Polo and i have no problems on Polo as of now

It's possible but no guarantee. I've been stuck on the same limit for about 3-4 months granted I wasn't buying a lot during that time.

I’ve taken a look at your account and it looks like your limits may not be appropriate based on your account’s positive history and status.
I have escalated your request for a limit increase to our specialists.
We do our best to complete all account reviews within 2 business days, though this may sometimes take longer depending on the case volume we’re experiencing.
Limits are calculated by our automated system, which is something we’re constantly working on improving. Limits are adjusted dynamically by an algorithm using only the information available to us at the time. This sometimes results in temporary limit decreases for our good customers.
We have these limits in place due to the irreversible nature of digital currency payments. Coinbase is a large target for scammers using stolen bank accounts, cards, etc., so we have to put in these types of measures to protect our company and the community. Improving this aspect of our product is a top priority for us, and I’m sorry that your account was affected by this.
If your limits are increased, you will receive a separate email notification of the change.
Definitely need an ID or SSN to get lifted.

SIA did great this weekend. It made me well over a grand on Saturday so I'm pretty happy.
We are getting closer to .02 a coin for that. We're obviously still a ways away from the .99 that most Niketalkers are hoping for but its progress. I actually doubled down on my SIA investment today and I'm at a lil over 200,00 in Sia now.
Also put some more money into Sys, copped my first couple FCT coins and got a couple Strats. Now lets hope for a good week. Daddy needs new shoes

SIA and XVG are the ones I've been watching. I think XVG will bounce back near or surpass it's ATH but unfortunately there is a huge wall at 249 satoshis. Will likely see another dip after chipping away it.
