A for effort
the fire reds look the closest in my opinion

you'll have to find some grey plastic to cut the letters out of for the 4 cause
it isn't supposed to be painted, it's grey plastic through seperate from the tab

Nice job.

If I may ask, what type of paint are you using on the midsoles?  I have asked this question numerous times in the sneaker care/maintenance thread and received no input whatsoever.

I have a pair of Grapes and CDP III's that I will not wear again until I repair the paint chipping and peeling on them.

angulus paint, and why dont you just go to the sticker shop and have them cut you up some nike air logos and then you dont have to paint, just peel and stick!

Has to be one of the best custom jobs I've seen, very impressive. Not so sure about the IVs, but the IIIs especially look fantastic imo -& really highlights just how great that Nike logo looked ...natural.

Give yourself a round of applause sir.

What is duller? I used only matt finisher but on the plastic is very glossy.. i maybe have to repaint it...
Yeah, I just thought that a matte paint would look better.

Just consider that if you were thinking of repainting, I guess.
