I'm pretty sure those have been posted before, I remember commenting that I wish JBF had another trick up their sleeve than just throwing reptile skin on a pair of shoes and calling it a day. I like how those look, but I wouldn't have done it to a pair of SOMPs.

It's not just you, he's done fun stuff in the past, I love what they did for the Jets Life Blazer, but after that he must have gotten a source on good reptile leather, because it's been the same thing again and again, usually riffing on the original colors or turning the shoe into something Yeezy-like.
Oh wait, I forgot about the cork stuff they've done (looking at the JBF gallery right now)

I have a different take on JBF.
What he does, he does well. I personally love the python and ostrich skin look on a lot of shoes. And if I were paying big bucks to fund that sort of custom I wouldn't go to anybody but him probably.
Its just his "thing" and you can't knock that.

Not knocking it at all, he's good at it, he makes money off it. I personally think there should be more to it other than reptile or fish scale look. What he did to the diamonds I thought was totally disgusting. And now these are bad IMO as well. Just my thoughts.
Copped those thing 2's off cncpts. Was waiting out the discount since they dropped and sat. 57 shipped I'm very happy with.

Those scale customs are cheezy and dude uses the same idea on every shoe. No doubt probably takes a little bit of skill to achieve, but where's the originality
