i get where you're coming from, the sound is too different. 

it wasnt my favorite track off yeezus but it really grew on me, when that sample drops...just needed a few more listens.

it goes hard live too. the whole yeezus album is on some other ish when being listened to in concert ( saw him in vegas, such a dope show)

I like the version on Yeezus. The sample makes me want to cry, its so powerful. Contrary to popular opinion Yeezus was an amazing album and yes it sounds even better live.
