NIKE+ FUELBAND --- Nike's Big Announcement (1/19/12)

Can anyone hook me up with a new clasp? They don’t sell the FB in my country I picked one up a couple of months back while on vacation in the US.

In the past couple of weeks my clasp has become too loose I cant even go running now without it snapping off. Even when shut the clasp rattles and there is now spacing at the clasp.
 
Anyone else had problems syncing using the iPhone app?

Just spent an hr and change on the phone w/tech support. Did factory resets, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and all kinds of different things. Finally, we both gave up b/c my FB (which works fine) just won't sync w/the app.

Mind you, it's been working fine since March. I believe the latest to app updates occurred here in August and since then it has crapped out on syncing for some unexplainable reason.
 
Is there a warranty on this? I love mine, had it for a few months, but the clip is starting to come undone sometimes now...

Just call CS and get a new one. I'm on my 4th one. First one wouldn't upload fuel when connected to PC (immediately). Second one stopped accumulating fuel (2-3 months after). And just returned number three because whenever I pushed the button, it showed the USB icon even on a full charge (3 months after). I appreciate Nike sending me a new one every time but it's a hassle.
 
agreed it is a hassle. I did the advanced exchange and its been 9 days and still havent received my replacement yet

You should probably call them (800) 379 - 6453.

Make sure you get a claim number and an order number when you are all done speaking to the rep.

I had to call three times because the first 2 reps kept messing up my claim. The third rep was really helpful though and knew what she was doing.

Thanks the rep didnt submit the order for the replacement until Friday, a week after they said they would so overniht shipping by Nike was wasted on a Saturday to Monday delivery. Not good customer service considering that was their advanced replacement requiring my cc info.
 
now that I have it back I did miss it since its easier to tell the time with than pulling out my phone ... I'd like to see some developer integration with the fuel data: show sleep patterns, generate better activity reports, etc
 
I've given up waiting on the android app, Sept 21 I'll be an iPhone owner after being a loyal android owner for years. Nike basketball+ app was the final straw with no mention of it ever coming to Android.

i have the same problem and did the exact same things to troubleshoot.

i live in canada and got the fb as a gift so i have no idea how im going to get a replacement or when the app updates will allow us to sync again...

such a bummer

I had the same problem. It worked for 4 days straight then on the fifth day it wouldn't sync with my iphone app.
What I did to get it working again was I connected it to my laptop with the wire.
I played with the options for a bit.
Then I took it off and held the button until it said sync.
All is good now and syncs to my iphone app.
 
$150.... nah manh that aint for me, I can get some gear or heaters for my feet with that type of money for a FUELBAND, HAHAHAHA NIKE GOSH YOU GUYS OVER THERE!!!!   LMAOOOO!!!!!

Warranty does work in Canada. At the end of May, mine was having issues syncing - the band would display 3K+ fuel, app and website would only show 600-700. After trouble shooting over the phone and multiple calls to their support number, they arranged a "special return" for me from Canada. I had to pay for shipping to Beaverton and provide them with the tracking number, they sent out a replacement when mine was received at WHQ.

I received a brand new retail package but it took ~10 business days from the date of them receiving the faulty FB (as confirmed by tracking#) until I received my replacement.

Don't count on an Android app coming anytime soon. Apple is gonna starting selling Fuelbands in their store soon as well.
 
Anyone having problems syncing to the iPhone 5? The 4S worked fine for me but when I switched over to the 5, it stopped working

I keep getting error #34, will they replace it because of this? Also, do they replace them in person at NikeTown locations, or do I have to call?
