Official Authentic OTHER Sports Jersey Post Vol. Not NBA

Got this Rickie Weeks Brewers jersey yesterday from shop.mlb.com. Only paid $121.00 for it. Love these Brewers jerseys.

I was outbid on the jersey. Didn't want to go too high on a jersey I was unsure about. A smaller size would have been nice too. RBK 50 is like a XXL.
 
@Ballerific703  Congrats, glad you like. I may take another look at what else he has too. I wish there were more of that style, especially AFC, than the previous versions though.

Thank you fellas. Love the jersey. Guy was willing to negotiate prices too. So you can make an offer and most likely he'll accept it as long as it's respectful.
 
If he had any '09 or '10 style (like the Eli) Steelers I'd be all over it.

There aren't any listed I feel like I have to have though.
 
Garrison Hearst wasn't exactly a superstar, but I love this style of Phoenix/Arizona jersey that was worn for just a few years. The stripes, flag & cardinal all on the sleeve look great imo & it could pass for brand new, still bright white.

Hearst did make a couple of Pro Bowls when he got to SF and had some talent around him.
He also had a historical 96 yd TD run to beat the NYJ on the first play of an OT game week 1 of the 1998 season. It was quite Beast Modeesque.

I'm sure they're are out there if I came across mine. He was only a starter for the Cards one season. I'll keep an eye out for you.

I thought I was going to have a particularly nice one to show today, but I guess it will have to wait until tomorrow.

I did get a couple in though.

Andre "Bad Moon" Rison circa '93

If I'm able to remove the "80" on the left shoulder, I think a 25th ann. patch would look good. (The NFL neckline shield would also have to go.)

The Pro Bowl pickups continue. Believe it or not, this is an authentic, not a replica. The ones worn on field had single layer shoulders also. (pic below) Wilson probably figured durability wouldn't be an issue with them only being worn once & it would also help the players keep cooler in Hawaii. They didn't even have nameplates.

The tag dates it at '86 making it HOFer Dan Fouts of the Chargers & it is still incredibly bright white. I'm really pleased with this one, especially for $30.

So all these jerseys you've been getting without a name, these are authentic or replica? Still don't know much about vintage jerseys and I know authentics had screen print.
 
Authentic, in the '90s they were available with or without the NOB. I don't buy/wear replicas. I used to not even bother posting stuff I picked up without the name until I had it added, but I'm just trying to get some traffic in this thread.

I'll be posting a completed one tomorrow.

Thanks. I wish there was a simple explanation I could give you on how to differentiate between vintage authentics & replicas, but it really varies depending on era & manufacturer. You just kind of gather info over time.

I expected to post this yesterday, but I was waiting on the patch & when I checked the tracking it said the package was delayed.

Anyway, here is my Wilson Barry Sanders with the 60th anniversary patch worn in 1993 added.

I also customized the sleeves by having them cut shorter & then hemmed. They just didn't look right full length, Barry always rocked them short.

Pictured with a pair of Sanders' Zoom Turf ogs from '96, still DS, never laced.

Sanders is #2 on my all-time RBs list, behind only Sweetness.
 
Repped as usual @sixburgh  . Jersey is dope but this time the rep is for the og Zoom turfs in ds condition nonetheless. Where did you send it for customization. I'm assuming this one had no nameplate. Correct me if wrong sir.
 
Thanks, @rman402. This one actually already had the NOB, and my mother is real handy with a sewing machine so she did the sleeves for me. 

I'm really liking this one. I've had the M&N Pro Bowl Barry forever, but don't know why I waited this long to pick up the classic Lions Wilson.
 
Barry is #1 in my book. One of my favorite players. DYING for that 90 and 95 PB jersey. Great pickup as usual, that jersey is amazing.
