:lol: I don't even think people are really swarming the website, it might be their server as they recently changed their webstore format so it must be bugging out on them. I managed to put stuff in my cart but can't go through the checkout.

SSense is working now but they increased the price on some items. The KVA croc backpack was 50% off and now it's 30%. :smh:

That's ******** I had it in my cart at 50% off, couldn't checkout. I go to check out this morning and the price increased. Wtf?
 
Yah looks like they marked them down lower than intended the first time.

It's bad enough that they marked up their shoes too like the croc icarus being $840 while it's $670 almost anywhere else.
 
That's excessive but do keep in mind that SSense charges Canadian retail, which is going to be more than US prices.
 
I don't know about that, only KVA has a huge price increase in comparison to the others like SLP is practically the same price (even lower at SSense) as everywhere else.

Like this jacket for example, SSense retail is $4900 while on the YSL website it is $4990 so the price is actually cheaper at SSense.

I didnt pickup anything on ssense, site is horrible to navigate last night, got a few from Matches though.

What do you guys think? Balmain or SLP?

Nah, was thinking about it but I already have my black Rick Owens Stooges. Really considering the suede one to be honest, maybe if it hits 50% off in my size.

As for those two, hard to pick either.That SLP is too gaudy for my liking, just too shiny and too out there for me, if it were a bit more muted maybe. The Balmain hoody, I personally do not like the shoulder detail and you're probably better off with John Elliot for a fraction of the price. IIRC that hoody isn't even really thick like the other Balmain with fleece material, wasn't impressed for a hoody that retailed $1k+, I'd use that on a pair of biker jeans instead.

Just my .02cents.

I like the retro look of the varsity but you might be right about them being a little too shiny, I wont be able to get my true size though, SA told me they are private sale and only have sz50 and 52 left , I'm nornally 48, gonna try them on at the store and see.

I actually do like the chain braiding on the shoulder of the Balmain hoodie, its from Matches, 30% off helps haha.
 
Yeah the retro look is nice but it much brighter in real life than in pics, plus yeah those fit big being a bomber and all so sizing up isn't good.

The black version is nice though if it didn't have the lips/fang in the back, actually I'd still rock that with the graphic in the back and all. :wow:

Go to "Ready to Wear" and scroll all the way down, it'll be white screen for a quick second then load.

Just ordered the blk/wht varsity in 34/44 before it sells out. I hope it's not too short. Shipment is expected June 15, which is pretty damn quick considering it's for fall.

F! Biker jeans with leather is tempting, sucks that I still don't know my size in it. Saved me $1400 I guess. :lol:
