2017 NIKE NFL Apparel, Footwear & Jerseys

thanks for the (harsh but much needed) input.  Fanatics followed up with me today and requested photos.  I obliged hopefully they will send me a replacement.  maybe even allow me to keep this one

Won't the replacement come with the same letters? :lol:

I'll be surprised if it comes with the correct color in the replacement
 
Probably. Maybe if I could convince them to refund me. Paid using GCs. With fanatics it takes 2-10 business days for funds to be restored.

I think this is way worse than the different shade of silver on the customized raiders elite. How could a multi billion dollar industry like the NFL **** up like that?!?

I also got my customized Mike Evans Bucs jersey. I'm satisfied but couldn't help but feel paranoid why the front "13" is not centered or aligned. I took a measuring tape to measure the space on the left and right hand side of the #s.

I opened another ticket # with fanatics. Hope I'm not asking too much. I paid good $$ for this type of stuff and have high expectations.

Hell no you're not asking too much. For the price we're paying for Elite jerseys it's not too much to expect them to be accurate and sewn on correctly. I've given them a pass on my Raiders jerseys in the past bc they're close enough, but that Gurley jersey is just way off. At this point it's unacceptable for Stahl's to continue to use the outdated Reebok numbers and expect us to pay full retail price.
 
Yeah, that is unacceptable. Might as well buy a knockoff for $25 if you're gonna get a jersey with the wrong colors and/or crooked letters and numbers.
 
So nfl shop is a joke! Ordered a Zeke Elliott color rush jersey on October 2nd and they never sent it. Just gave bs answers anytime I'd contact them.
Found it in stock on fanzz.com this past Sunday and it shipped out the next day!

I've always had terrible experiences with NFLShop. I have two different jerseys that I had to return to them, and they said it may be a month before I see a credit on my card.

Luckily my refund through PayPal was pretty much instant.

To be fair, reebok never produced jerseys like the new bucs ones.
They seem to be using different materials but not reebok stuff.

never mind.  i own up to my mistake.  The Mike Evans Elite jersey I received is actually fine.  The numbers are actually aligned if you start the measuring tape at the beginning of the "1" and measure across.  Thanks @BisonHeart1  for pointing that out.

I'm still waiting for a solution for the Gurley jersey though.  The QA/QC is horrible and indefensible in my opinion.

I love the LA Rams old school colors and the jersey looks sweet, except for the color of the sewn numbers being a different shade. However why would you get a Gurley jersey? Dude sucks donkey nutters and is vastly overrated - and this coming from a Rams fan.

Personally I'm waiting for the team to change their colors and redesign their uniforms before I purchase an elite jersey. No one on their current roster is worthy of purchasing their jersey yet. Maybe Goff will be the guy but definitely not Gurley.
 
Well like you I am drawn to the Rams old school colors, and throwback design  I agree with you to a certain degree.  Football is a game of moving parts. The RB depends on a good offensive line.  Rams O-line is ranked dead last in the NFL.  Cowboys O-line is ranked #1.  Would Ezekiel Elliot have the same success if he's on the Rams?  I'm willing to bet my shirt he would struggle mightily like Gurley.  If Gurley is on the Cowboys right now, he'll be a 1000-yard rusher.

Goff has been holding a clip board.  We'll see how he performs this week and moving forward.  Other rookie QBs drafted after him (ie. Wentz at #11 overall, Prescott at #135 overall) are having a blast right now.

Yeah, that **** is shameful.  There are some pretty good fakes out there, but they should never have better features than the authentics.  This is making me want to cop a Mitchell & Ness instead of a custom Elite.
 
^^ #greatestshowonturf brings back nostalgia.  totally agree.  i tried customizing an elite Faulk and Warner, etc. but the system didn't allow me.  sucks though.  maybe they have some sort of M&N future release?

That sucks. You can even buy a Joe Montana color rush jersey.
 
yeah those are the NFL Elite retirement line.  you could get a john elway, jerry rice elite, etc.  unfortunately, members of the #greatestshowonturf are not part of that.  NFL has a tight grip on what goes on the customization.  I could probably customize a #28 FAULKS and have the S removed.  Of course that may risk ruining the garment and issues with alignment.
