did these run small like the chi-towns? i wear a true 13 and bought the chi's in a 13 and it felt like i needed a 14. i want these but want to know if i should go a full size up?

^^^ I would go up a half size. The proof is in the pudding you bought the chi x and they fit snug so half a size
