Ordered at 12:15pm on Wednesday, got shipping confirmation at 1:50pm that same day :pimp:. Should be delivered today.

Also already got shipping confirmation for the Sport Turqs that I ordered this morning.

I waited cause I had a nice gift card for nike lined up. I'm glad people don't like. I think they would look good as long as you wear neutral colors

I agree with you for the most part, but RRS doesn't have free returns so people might just be trying to check these out in person and their FTL might not have them. Plus Nike just handed 20% off coupons like they were candy.

in other news... the volt tongue didnt hold very well so i just repainted them black

has this leather look to it now in person (like it much better)

and i got alot of messages about what products i use so ill just post it here

I USE:

- GAC 900

- ANGELUS BLACK ( TONGUE, COLLAR, PULL TAB ) IF YOU DO NOT OVERCOAT YOU WILL GET THE PERFECT SHADE OF BLACK COMPARABLE TO THE STOCK BLOCK

- ANGELUS FLAT BLACK ( MIDSOLE ) 

THEN I FINISH IT OFF WITH THE MATTE FINISHER FROM ANGELUS.. IT IS STILL SHINY DO NOT OVERCOAT.. OR IF YOU DO GRAB A PAPER TOWEL TO WIPE

- IF YOU PLAN TO PAINT I WOULD SUGGEST YOU TO BUY DIRECTLY FROM ANGELUS 

(BLACK, ETC)

- THEY SELL PINTS(16) AND QUARTS(32) FOR $16 - $20 ??(AROUND THERE) AND WITH SHIPPING IT TOTALS TO MAYBE $20-30 OPPOSED TO the $8 PER 4OZ

HERE IS AN EXAMPLE OF ONE OF MY PREVIOUS WORKS

I USE THIS PAIR FOR THE GYM (3-4MONTHS NOW?) STILL LOOKS FINE I HAVENT CLEANED THEM

I DO MILD RUNNING, HEAVY LIFTING (MAXING OUT)

and the two paint brushes i use are 10/0 ROUND and 6 FADE

Supply and demand. More people are getting into the Flyknit scene and so prices will continue to rise on older models
 
Turqs been sitting in my cart since 10. Don't know if I wanna pull the trigger. I'll probably wait. Nike was smart, they would have marketed these as an Easter shoe last month instead of a random drop.

I think it's because a lot of people outside of NT don't really know about RRS. Nike has a lot of followers on social media so releases on NDC usually have more exposure. Lots of things sell out NDC but sit elsewhere... like SB's.

The Turq's are $126 shipped from RRS with their VIP sale. Not bad at all!
 
Nike.com takes back worn shoes as long as it's within 30 days of the shipping date right? I looked at their return policy, but it doesn't specifically call out "worn." They say for any reason so one would assume it falls under that, but just want to double check.
