RRS is not too bad, just that most people have high expectations for them to have Amazon or NDC customer service or shipping

Lower your expectations on RRS and you'll be much happier while saving money

Originally got RRS'd on the Neo Turqs a couple days ago. Ordered them again last night when sizes were showing in stock, and received a shipping confirmation earlier today.
 
none of the codes I tried work. I'm stuck at $144 right now or else I would put in an order already.

Just going to post that. Must be over $145 for the order before discount is applied. Don't forget ebates is at 10% also for RRS. Which should bring it to around $100 or just below after tax.

My order status on those dark greys still says "preparing to ship" but I'm losing hope. Probably a cancellation email coming soon.

I had a guy from RRS on the phone say that basically that bw racer debacle from last year is the reason they no longer presell shoes since it sounds like they don't really have any idea how many shoes they will get from Nike. Nike also sends them in somewhat random shipments. RRS tries to be nice and give people an idea of when they might get them... Which turn into "firm dates" for people on here. Then when Nike doesn't send them the shoes people get upset with RRS. Do you guys really think RRS is going to sit on a pile of shoes and not sell them if they have them?

They really just need to say we have no idea when we will get these shoes, and they will show up on the website when they get here. If you don't see the size posted, we don't have it in stock, and check back later. I think that will solve a lot of the "problems" people are having with RRS.

Seems like more and more people are getting the cancellation email from Nike.  Did anyone get a shipping confirmation on the dark grey racers??

That's not true because most of us are ordering online and have had our orders canceled. I've had my order canceled 4 times, 3 of them were from ordering online.

RRS is totally worth it unless you are in a rush or these shoes are extremely limited. Neo Turqs are still sitting in NDC. Midas whale try saving money.

agreed!

after a while and having enough pairs.. you wouldn't really mind if RRS cancels or not.. messed up boxes or not, RRS still a go to store for me.. :smile:

if I get a cancellation, I just move on and find another source.. RW and NDC are my next target after RRS..
